Welcome to Hoops for Hope, an annual outdoor 3 on 3 basketball tournament to help support single moms in Pitt County. With 12 different divisions we have a spot for all our basketball enthusiasts no matter what your age is, your height or your skill level. So grab three of your closest friends and a good pair of sneakers and join us for this one day community event.
The Nehemiah Initiative is a Pitt County based non-profit with a mission to “Empower, Transform, and Restore Families to Emotional, Mental, Spiritual, and Physical Wholeness”. Our Vision is to “rebuild the families of our community as if they are our own”. Specifically we seek to wrap around single moms, enabling them to get on their feet; empower their children to grow into their fullest potential, and develop authentic men while combating fatherlessness in our community.
Event will include the tournament, contests, prizes, giveaways and raffle and food trucks!
So don’t miss out, join us Saturday, April 5th in Covenant Church parking lot.

🏀1) Gather your team of 3 or 4 friends…teams will be put into brackets of teams in similar ages and same
🏀2) Decide on a team captain and a team name
🏀 3) Check out FB page and website for registration details as soon as tomorrow
🏀 4) Make sure you register by March 1 to take advantage of the EARLY BIRD registration code to save $10 of EACH player!
