Bloom will be a monthly enrichment night where women from across our community can be seen, experience healthy community, and grow. Each Bloom night will include dinner, a meaningful lesson that empowers both the heart and mind of women, and specific take away applications.

May 7 ~ Spirituality and other protective factors: Learn how faith and inner values can support healing, resilience, and a stronger sense of identity.

June 4 ~ Trauma, Triggers, Interruptions and Setbacks/ Self-sabotage: Understand your emotional triggers and learn skills to navigate and overcome setbacks in healthy and grounding ways.

August 6 ~ Emotional Regulation and Stress Management: Learn how to calm your mind, manage stress, and respond to emotions in healthy ways.

September 3 ~ Self-Care and Healthy Boundaries: Discover how to prioritize yourself, set boundaries as self-care, and protect your peace without guilt.

October 1 ~ Life Skills: Learn, explore, and practice life skills that impact day-to-day satisfaction.

November 5~ Building Support Systems: Learn how to recognize, build, and strengthen the support systems you need to thrive.
